In certain cases, we may leave plants in the mail room or delivery dock location because of security or building/related obstacles. If you think this may present problems, we encourage you to notify your building manager so they can streamline the process and help us get to your office suite. We would rather save our customers money and deliver the healthiest, freshest plants possible.
